I can't believe that my baby girl is 8.
All about Elaina at 8
- Loves school and Mrs. Epperson. I think we might have as hard of a time convincing her that she will like 2nd grade as we did that she would like 1st and it was ok to leave Kindergarten. We have been blessed with 2 great teachers in Ms. Arnold and Mrs. Epperson. She is doing great in her school work and loves to learn.
- She is very kind hearted and loves to help others. We are always told how sweet and kind that she is to others. She is always helping anyone that is smaller than her if they need it. She even picked up her best friend to help her get on the monkey bars at school because she wanted to and couldn't reach them. I pray that she stays this way as she grows older.
- Loves tumbling and is always turning flips everywhere, especially on the trampoline. Always wants to go outside and play on the trampoline.
- Always painting, drawing, and making something.
- Loves sports. Played basketball and had a great time. Super excited that softball is starting. 2nd year of pitching machine.
- Super dramatic if she gets "hurt" or mad. Loves to act like she is dying to try and get her brothers in trouble if they do something to her.
- Likes the things in her room just a certain way. Her way may not make sense to me but it is how she wants and likes everything. Get mad when someone messes it up. She can tell when something is out of place even if no one else can.
- Always talking about Linley, Millie Kate, Maelee, and Addie. They have even been planning all year a weekend long sleepover that they all hope to have. It has rained a lot this year, so I guess this has given them something to do during all the indoor recess time.
- Likes to play in her room by herself with her doll house. If outside she wants to play with her friends. The more the better.
