My kids and the things they play with

My kids amaze me at the things that they get excited to play with.  One minute they are fight over the iPad and the next they are fighting over a box.  They always seem to want the same thing.  I would say that Josiah only wants what Elaina is playing with, but here lately it has been the other way around.  Elaina is constantly trying to take things away from Josiah.

I wanted to post a few random play pictures just to document the fun that they are having with the simplest things.

The pink and blue ghost attack daddy.

Josiah says that they are ghost when they put their towels over there heads after a bath.  This was started by Elaina putting her towel over her head and walking around the room; Josiah said look Sissy is a ghost.  Now they will put their towels over their head and just laugh and wait till one of use says "AHH a ghost" then they will pull the towels down Josiah will laugh even louder and Elaina will yell "Yay" like she is scaring you. 

A flattened out box

 Josiah was playing with the vacuum cleaner box and it came unglued and flattened out.  They had more fun playing with the box after it broke than before.  They both would just sit on it and laugh or use it to try to slide down the couch with.  Elaina was getting mad at Josiah for making it fall on her.  She wanted it propped up on the couch and Josiah wanted to use it as a slide.

A Build a Bear hat

Elaina loves to "wear" Josiah's build a bear Turtle's hat.  The hat is waaaaaaaaaaay to small put she is always finding it somewhere in the house and will come walking to us with it on her head with the biggest grin.  For some reason she just LOVES that little hat.
