Emmett fell down last week when we walked to a park while Elaina was in speech. He fell down on the way back and as soon as he saw the scratches (as he called them) he started screaming. He cried over his scratches for a good 15 minutes when he first noticed them. Then when we got in the van to go home after speech he cried all the way home. He continued to cry over them for the next 3 days if he saw them. I did not let him wear shorts until Sunday and he fell on Wednesday. Every Single Diaper Change he would cry over his scratches.
Josiah also fell at the park that day skinned his knee. He noticed it bleeding about 5 min later and tried to start crying. I told him to hush because he hurt it way before he noticed it so there was no reason to cry. Thankfully he didn't fuss over it.

Thursday Emmett fell at the park and bruised his face. This one actually looked like it really hurt. He didn't really cry over this one at all. He whined a little when he first fell, but not one peep after the fact. He couldn't see it so he didn't remember to cry.

Tuesday before we went to Terra Studio, Elaina decided to play jump from blanket to blanket in the living room. She tripped and hit her eye on the edge of the couch. She almost split it open, but thankfully she just got a black eye.

Then Emmett fell again this Tuesday at Terra Studios. He didn't even notice that he scratched his leg and for some reason hasn't cried over this one.
My poor kids only have one speed and that is super turbo speed, so they fell and hurt themselves all the time. But they are having fun!!
