Playing outside

We have been playing outside in the evening after we eat supper.  The kids love getting to run around one last time before getting ready for bed.  Josiah has been getting us to play hide and seek and tickle tag.  He does not get the concept of hide and seek at all.  He will pop out of his hiding spot (if he even hid) as soon as you start looking for him, but he is having fun.  Tickle tag is just like regular tag, but he run up to us and says tickle tickle as he tags us.  While we were running playing playing Elaina found her a new activity.

She worked so hard to get in the chair the 1st time, and then she wanted to do it over and over and over again.  Of course she wanted to stand up in the chair after she climbed up in it, and got mad when we wouldn't let her.  I think I better make sure that the chairs are folded up when we are not sitting in them.  She is as fearless and she is determined.

Of course Josiah had to climb in the chair to get his picture made.  The kids also eating suckers that night.  Josiah was loving it, but Elaina was not really sure how to eat it.  She kept grabbing the sucker and chewing on the stick.  She got really upset bc Trey took it away form her b/c she kept wiping the sucker on his pants.  Then she dropped it on the ground and we had to throw it away.  She was not happy at all.
